Merge queue: branches from parallel agents land in order
When several agents produce branches at once, each one is green on its own but they can break each other once merged. The merge queue merges branches one at a time onto the latest state of the target and runs the check command on the merged result.

One at a time, on the latest tip
The queue lives in the project’s Details → Otomasyon → Birleştirme kuyruğu tab. The next branch is merged onto the tip of the target branch in a separate worktree.
- If there’s a conflict, a Claude agent resolves it.
- The check command runs on the merged result; left empty, the project’s test command is used. If it’s red, the agent gets up to 2 fix rounds.
- A green branch lands on the target; one that can’t be fixed is returned and the next one starts.
- If the target moved in the meantime, the item is rebuilt on the new tip.
With your approval
Landing passed branches on its own is off by default: a green branch shows as ready and waiting, and lands when you press “Ana dala al”. Merge with a merge commit or squash. Move queued branches up and down, cancel or retry them; the history view lists earlier items.
- The result is pushed to the remote target branch, using your GitHub sign-in on this computer for GitHub repos.
- Without a remote, the local branch is only fast-forwarded.
- In multi-repo projects, each repo has its own queue and settings.
What goes into the queue
Add a branch by hand: type its name, optionally a title, and press “Kuyruğa ekle”. Automations set to add to the merge queue put their work there themselves, and a Parallel team’s integration branch can be queued too.
Questions
Which agent resolves conflicts?
A Claude Code agent. With Automatic model on, its model is picked by how hard the job is.
Does the queue land branches on its own?
Not by default. A green branch waits for your approval; with the auto-land setting on, it lands without asking.
What if the check stays red?
The agent tries up to 2 fix rounds. If it still fails, the branch is returned and the queue moves to the next one.
