Git, worktrees and GitHub in one panel
You don’t need to go back to the terminal to see, commit and publish what your agents changed. Git lives in the right panel, and ⌘⌥G opens the full-screen view.
Commit manager
Stage, unstage or discard per file; commit, with amend if needed; fetch, pull and push. Browse commit details and file diffs in a VS Code-style graph history.
- “Generate message” writes a commit message in your repo’s style from the staged diff, using Claude Haiku.
- “Have the agent commit” hands the job to the selected agent.
- Diffs show GitHub-style, unified or split.
Worktrees and GitHub
From the worktree panel, open a separate branch and folder per feature and start an agent in each. The GitHub card lets you publish the repo to GitHub and see or open the current branch’s pull request with the GitHub login already on your machine; Claude Haiku can write the pull request title and description.
Watch for remote changes
By default AgentVera runs git fetch in the background on every project every 5 minutes; change the interval or turn it off in settings. When teammates push to the branch you’re on, a “remote change detected” banner appears under the navbar and lets you fast-forward in one click, or rebase when both sides have commits. Updating always starts with your click.
Questions
Which model writes commit messages?
Claude Haiku, based on the staged diff and your repo’s commit style.
Can I use worktrees for parallel features?
Yes. Create a worktree from the worktree panel and start an agent right in that folder.
Do I need a separate login for pull requests?
No. The GitHub card uses the account already signed in on your machine.
Will I know when a teammate pushes?
Yes. With remote watching on (the default), AgentVera runs git fetch in the background and tells you when new commits reach your branch; you start the update.
