- “Make this page match the frame I selected in Figma.”
- “The buttons on the pricing page are different sizes on a phone. Fix that.”
- “Turn this screenshot into a working page.”
Claude Code and Codex are not only for programmers. Designers fix the spacing on their own landing page, product managers build the prototype before the meeting, analysts clean up a spreadsheet, founders ship a first version. What stops most people is the terminal and the fear of breaking something. AgentVera puts the agents in a desktop app: you write or say what you want, look at the result in a built-in browser and take back any step with one click.
Real requests, in the words people use. The agent turns them into code; you judge the result.
Free for macOS, Windows and Linux. It opens like any other app.
Choose Claude Code or Codex and press Install; AgentVera runs the installer for you. The first time the agent starts, your browser opens so you can sign in with your Claude or ChatGPT account.
Your existing site or project, or a new empty folder for a new idea. What the agent makes stays in that folder on your computer.
Type in the message box under the agent, drop in a screenshot, or press the mic and talk. Plain words work: “the sign-up button is hidden on my phone, fix it”.
Ask the agent to open the page in the built-in browser and watch it click through. If you don’t like the result, undo the turn and ask again in different words.
You don’t have to check every line yourself. These checks run for you.
AgentVera saves the folder at the start of every turn. One click puts it back exactly as it was.
Checkpoints and session replay →When the agent finishes, another Claude model reads the change and lists the problems it finds. One click sends them back to the agent.
Automatic code review →The points in your message are checked one by one after the turn and marked passed or failed, instead of “looks done”.
AgentVera Verify →When an agent wants to run a command, the request lands in one queue with Approve and Reject. You can answer from your phone too.
Notifications and approvals →Choose Automatic and AgentVera gives easy tasks a lighter model and hard ones a stronger one.
Automatic model →A tour of any project: what it does, its main parts, the important files and where to start.
Project tour and code map →Lovable, Bolt or v0 are a good start for a brand-new app. AgentVera fits better when:
No. You describe the result in your own words and the agent writes the code. Knowing a little helps you spot mistakes sooner; review, checklists and undo in AgentVera cover much of the rest.
From the terminal it takes a command or two. In AgentVera you press Install next to the agent and sign in in your browser; there is nothing to type.
Agents work in the folder you pick and ask before running commands. Even with automatic approval on, commands that delete files or publish code always come to you, and every turn can be undone.
AgentVera has a free plan. The agents run on your own subscription: Claude Pro for Claude Code, or a ChatGPT plan that includes Codex, both from $20 a month.
Claude Code if you have a Claude plan, Codex if you have ChatGPT. Both work the same way in AgentVera, and you can open the other one next to it later.
Yes. It is an ordinary folder, usually a git repository, so a developer can open it in their own editor and carry on.
Download, pick a project, open your first agent. Your installed CLIs are ready to go.
