Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you use the AgentVera desktop app, the agentvera.dev website, the app.agentvera.dev web app and AgentVera account, organization and team kanban services, all built by Solviera Teknoloji (“we”). Solviera Teknoloji is the data controller.
1. The desktop app runs on your computer
The desktop app runs agents on your computer. Your code, agent conversations, terminal output, project and agent records, flows, scheduled tasks, database connections and settings are stored on your own computer and are not sent to AgentVera or Solviera Teknoloji servers. The exceptions are listed under “Account and team services” below.
By default the app runs a background git fetch on each project every few minutes; this goes to your own git host (for example GitHub) and can be turned off in settings.
Passwords, SSH passwords, tokens and secret MCP values are kept in your operating system’s keychain and are left out of settings backups.
Voice dictation transcribes your voice on your computer with the bundled whisper.cpp; recordings are never sent anywhere.
Usage statistics (run time, tokens, model mix) are computed locally from Claude Code and Codex logs on your computer and are not shared with us.
2. Third-party services you choose
AgentVera runs coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Copilot and Cursor as you installed them, with your own accounts. These tools send your prompts, code and files to their own providers (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, GitHub). That transfer is governed by each provider’s terms and privacy policy; we have no access to it.
Features such as commit message generation, prompt revision and automatic code review send the relevant text and changes to Claude using your Claude account. You can choose not to use them.
MCP servers you add may send data to their own service providers as agents call them.
If you turn on Telegram notifications, notification text (agent name, turn result, approval requests, review summaries) is sent to Telegram through the bot you created.
By default the app checks for updates at agentvera.dev; that request reveals your IP address and app version. If you configure your own update server, that address is used instead. The GitHub card uses the GitHub account signed in on your computer; generating a pull request description sends the commits and diff to Anthropic through your Claude account.
The database manager’s “AI” feature sends table and column names and your request to Anthropic through your Claude account; table data is not sent. If you give agents database access, queries run at the level you choose and are logged on your computer.
If the dictation model is missing, the app may download it from Hugging Face.
The “Explain this project” tour runs Claude Code with read-only tools; the content of the project files it reads goes to Anthropic through your Claude account.
The API client sends the requests you build, with their headers and body, to the address you enter; that address may be a remote server.
Night shift pushes the branch of finished tasks to GitHub and opens a draft pull request with your GitHub account. With Telegram on, the morning summary contains only task counts.
On servers you open to agents over SSH, commands run under your rules; the command log stays on your computer and server passwords and keys are never given to agents.
3. Account and team services
When you create an AgentVera account and sign in to the app, we process: your name, email address, a hash of your password (never the password itself), two-factor authentication data, profile and domain details Google shares when you sign in with Google, organization memberships and roles, invites, the organization audit log, and a device record (your computer name as the device name, operating system, app version and a device ID; refreshed whenever the license renews).
When you use team kanban, the name of the cloud project you link and the cards, descriptions, comments, labels, assignments and attachments up to 25 MB on its boards are stored on our server. Your local folder path and your code are not sent. If you assign a card to Claude or Codex, the agent’s last reply (up to 4,000 characters) is added to the card as a comment. Email addresses of guests joining shared boards are processed to send sign-in links.
When you move to a paid plan we keep your billing details and receipts; card details are entered directly with the payment provider iyzico and never reach us. TRY amounts for Türkiye are calculated with TCMB rates.
We use this data to provide your account, enforce your organization’s permissions, send verification, password reset and invite emails, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
When you delete your account your data is deleted, subject to organization grace periods and legal retention obligations.
4. Website
agentvera.dev uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting infrastructure may keep technical access logs, such as IP address and browser details, for security and operation.
5. Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. For account services we share data only with providers that help us run the service (hosting, email delivery, iyzico, Google sign-in) and with authorities where the law requires it. These providers may be located outside Türkiye; transfers follow applicable law.
6. Legal bases and your rights
We process data under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), relying on performance of a contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation and, where needed, your consent.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK and the GDPR you can access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, learn which third parties received it, and lodge a complaint. Send requests through the contact channel below.
7. Security
The desktop app’s interface runs sandboxed and reaches the file system only through typed IPC; records are written with permissions only you can read. Account services store hashed passwords, encrypt connections and apply rate limits.
8. Children
AgentVera is not designed for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We announce significant changes on this page and, where appropriate, in the app. The date at the top shows the latest update.
