Tasks: your own to-do list next to your agents

Type into the quick add field and the date, repeat, priority and tags are previewed under it. The date parser understands Turkish phrases such as “yarın 14:00” (tomorrow 14:00), “cuma akşam” (Friday evening), “12 ekim”, “2 saat sonra” (in 2 hours), “her pazartesi” (every Monday) and “hafta içi” (weekdays).

• English date words like “tomorrow” or “every Monday” aren’t parsed yet; they stay in the title.
• Language-neutral parts work in any language: times like 14:30, dates like 5.11, #tags, and priorities !1 to !4.
• In Turkish, priorities are also !acil, !yüksek, !normal and !düşük.

Views are today, upcoming, all and done; tasks are grouped as overdue, today, tomorrow, this week, later and no date. Search titles, notes and tags, and filter by project or tag. The badge on the tab counts overdue and today’s tasks.

• Notes, a due date and time or all day, priority (urgent, high, normal, low) and pinning.
• Repeat every day, every weekday, every week, month or year, or every N days, weeks, months or years.
• Up to 10 reminders per task (on time, 10 min, 30 min, 1 hour or 1 day before, or any moment) and 50 subtasks.

Reminders are checked every 30 seconds and arrive as desktop notifications with complete, snooze 10 minutes and snooze 1 hour buttons. With Telegram connected they reach your phone too, with complete, in 1 hour and tomorrow morning buttons. Turn on the 09:00 daily list (off by default) to get overdue and today’s tasks every morning.

“Ajana ver” (give to agent) opens a new Claude Code agent in the task’s project; the task’s title, notes and unfinished subtasks become the agent’s job. The task is marked in progress and shows which agent has it.
