Scheduled tasks for your coding agents
Schedule recurring work for an agent, like updating dependencies every morning or summarizing test results every evening. AgentVera sends the message to the agent you pick on your cron schedule.
Cron, but readable
Pick a preset or write your own cron expression, and AgentVera previews the next run times. Tasks live in the Scheduled tab of a project’s Details page.
- If the agent is busy: wait, send anyway or skip.
- An option to start the agent if it’s stopped.
- “Run now” to try a task right away.
- Failed tasks can be reported to Telegram.
Runs while the app is open
Scheduled tasks run while AgentVera is open. With an enabled task, the “Prevent sleep while working” setting keeps your computer awake; the display can still turn off.

No. Tasks run while AgentVera is open.
What if my computer goes to sleep?
With “Prevent sleep while working” on, the app keeps the computer awake while a scheduled task is enabled or an agent is working. It’s on by default.
What if the agent is busy at that moment?
You choose per task: wait, send anyway or skip.
