Your AgentVera account and organizations

Pick Sign in from the account menu at the right of the navbar. Browser sign-in asks for approval on a web page and returns to the app on its own; if it doesn’t, paste the code from the page. Google sign-in and two-factor authentication happen in the browser.

• You can also sign in with e-mail and password plus a two-factor or backup code.
• If you run your own server, change the server address.
• The session token is stored encrypted with your operating system’s keychain.
• The license refreshes every 6 hours; if you go offline, the app keeps your plan for 3 more days.

The account window has four tabs.

• My account: profile, sign-in methods, devices and sessions; revoke a device’s access.
• Organization: create, rename, leave or delete; deletion can be undone within 7 days.
• Members and roles: invite admins or members by e-mail, change roles, remove members, cancel invites. Invites last 7 days; seats are limited by your plan.
• Billing: your plan, its features, the next payment and receipts. Payment actions open in the web app.

At app.agentvera.dev you sign up, verify your e-mail, sign in with Google and turn on two-factor authentication. From My account you download the desktop app and manage billing and organizations.
